Ingredients

  • 150 gr peeled lime zest
  • 325 gr sugar syrup
  • 120 gr olive oil

Method

Blanch the lime zest in water until soft.
Change the water at least 3 times.
Put the zest in the blender with the syrup and blend until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
