Component of the Raspberries, Lime and Marinated Blueberries with Chocolate Streusel recipe


  • 2 gr salt
  • 230 gr butter
  • 230 gr caster sugar
  • 400 gr plain flour
  • 50 gr cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons crushed tea leaves


Mix the butter, sugar, flour, cocoa and leaves. Crumble the mix onto a baking sheet, let dry at room temp overnight then bake at 170* until golden.
