brandysnap mix

1. Mix all ingredients in Robot Coupe to a smooth paste is formed.

Ingredients

  • 300g Butter
  • 500g Caster sugar
  • 250g Plain flour
  • 250g Golden syrup

Method

1. Mix all ingredients in Robot Coupe to a smooth paste is formed.
2. Spread on non-stick mat in round shaped plastic mound.
3. Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes at 190*c or until cooked.
Remove from mat with palette knife and mound while hot into basket shape
