- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- 1 tbsp W.W.V
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1-inch fresh ginger
- 400ml coconut milk
- 150ml water
- 5 green chillies (slices)
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
Ingredients
Method
Mix raw tiger prawns with W.W.V and ½ tsp salt.
Leave for 5 minutes.
Put all dry ingredients in blender. Blitz to powder.
Fry onion, garlic gently for 5 minutes.
Stir in spices and fry for 2 minutes.
Add almonds, coconut milk, water, ¾ of chillies and ½ tsp salt.
Simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Add prawns.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add chilli and coriander
