Ingredients

  • pulp of 20 clean carrots

Method

Spread out onto flat tray and dry @ 90c on on fan for 12 hours
Remove from oven and leave at room temperature for 30 mins then blend in coffee grinder for 2 mins and pass through fine sieve
Keeps in airtight container for up to 6 months at room temperature
