- 1 tbsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground coriander
- 1.5 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 Red chillies, deseeded
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Parsley
- 3 tbsp Coriander
- Seasoning

Method
1. Put oil and lemon juice in kitchen aid blender then add all the other ingredients, except seasoning.
2. Blend together for couple of minutes and then check seasoning.
3. Put into container, label, and refrigerate.
