Coconut panna cotta

Nice fresh panna cotta to finish a meal. Obviously works really well mango.

Ingredients

  • 600g coconut purée (boiron)
  • 2 sheets of gelatine
  • 100g White chocolate
  • 2 tbs Malibu

Method

Heat the coconut add the soaked gelatine pour onto the White chocolate add the booze then set.
