Ingredients

  • 450g strong flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 110g diced butter
  • 110g diced lard
  • 50ml cold water

Method

Bung all the dry ingredients and the fat in a robo and fix till crumbs Slowly add the water Wrap in clingfilm and rest for an hour
