Lemon posset

Really easy quick desert

Ingredients

  • 600ml double cream
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod Zest
  • juice of 2 lemons

Method

Put all the ingredients in a pan and boil for 1 minutes Pour into glasses and set in the fridge
