Ingredients

  • Ingredients (10 pers.)
  • • 1.5kg Aviko Steam and Fresh halved potatoes
  • • 1.5kg fish fillets, in cubes
  • • 500g chopped tomatoes (tinned)
  • • 500g green beans
  • • 500g whole mushrooms
  • • 1L fish stock
  • • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Method

Preparation
1. Place the cubed fish fillets in a shallow baking tray, add the potatoes and vegetables. Season to taste.
2. Combine the fish stock with the garlic and pour over the fish, vegetables and potatoes.
3. Leave the stew to simmer in the oven for 40 minutes at 160°C.
Tip
Add some smoked fish fillets for extra flavour and garnish with chopped garden herbs
