  • 4oz Butter
  • 4lb Caster sugar
  • 2 cans Condensed milk
  • 2 cups Milk

Method

Method
Dissolve sugar in the melted butter and milk.
Add condensed milk and very gently cook until dark sandy colour and bubbles are thick.
Very carefully, transfer the mixture into food mixing bowl. Beat on moderate speed for 5 minutes to help the cooling process.
Pour the mixture into a double cling film lined tray, gently score the top to the required size and allow to cool.
