Ingredients

  • 900g seedless green grapes
  • caster sugar to taste
  • fine salt to taste

Method

Spread out on tray, season very lightly with salt and sugar and bake @ 160c no fan for 30 mins, they should be very soft and coloured.
If so blend for 3 minutes, check seasoning then pass through sieve then fine sieve, vac pac and keep in fridge it will last for 5 days.
