- 250g Butter
- 150g Soft brown sugar
- 250g Plain flour
- 250g Porridge oats
- 8 tsp Honey
- 1 Pinch of salt
- Bicarbonate of soda
- Baking powder

Method
1. Melt together butter, sugar and honey.
2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour butter mix into flour mix and mix well then form into small balls.
Flatten slightly with a fork on non stick baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180*c until golden brown in colour.
