honeyoat biscuts

These taste like hobnobs.

Ingredients

  • 250g Butter
  • 150g Soft brown sugar
  • 250g Plain flour
  • 250g Porridge oats
  • 8 tsp Honey
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ tsp Baking powder

Method

Method
Melt together butter, sugar and honey.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
Pour butter mix into flour mix and mix well then form into small balls.
Flatten slightly with a fork on non stick baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180*c until golden brown in colour.
