Island Burger

  • Ingredients
  • 800g Lean minced lamb
  • 25ml MAGGI Beef Concentrated Liquid Fonds
  • 25ml Mint sauce
  • 200g Feta cheese crumbed
  • 80g Cucumber diced
  • 100g Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 100g Red onions diced
  • 50g MAGGI Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce 3kg
  • As needed Rocket
  • 5 Olive ciabatta rolls halved
  • 40 Olives pitted and halved


Mix the lamb with the fonds, mint sauce and feta and form into 10 patties
Using a 5cm cutter take a hole out of each patty, use this to make more patties
Mix all the salad vegetables together and dress with the rich and rustic
Grill the lamb burgers
Place the burger on half of a roll and fill the hole with the salad or fresh rocket. Serve.
