- 1tbsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 4 tbsp Melted butter
- 20 tbsp Boiling water

1.Blend zest and well squeezed capers in Robot Coupe.
2.Add other ingredients and mix in Robot.
3.Add butter then water.
4.Roll out thin and cut with number 60 cutter.
5.Bake in oven 190*c for 25 minutes
