Maple Chicken Salad Pitta Pocket

Ingredients

  • 125ml cooked chicken breast, diced.
  • Half an apple, diced
  • 30ml dried cranberries
  • 80ml fat-free Greek yoghurt
  • 10ml maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 white pitta bread, cut down the middle

Method

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

Cut a pitta in half and open to create pockets.

Stuff the inside of the pita with the seasoned filling.
