- 1kg MAGGI Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce
- 150g mascarpone cheese
- 10g fresh basil, chopped
- Black pepper to taste

Add water to a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Once boiling, add the pasta.
Cook according to pack instructions or until soft with little bite. Drain pasta
in a colander and rinse in fresh water. Set aside.
Add the tomato sauce to a large pan and warm over a low heat. Stir the
mascarpone cheese into the tomato sauce, ensuring to keep temperature below the boil to prevent the sauce from splitting.
Stir in the basil and pasta, heating gently until piping hot.
