- • 1kg Aviko Garlic and Herb wedges
- • 10 large wraps
- • 2 cucumbers, first sliced lengthwise, then into 5mm slices
- • 2 red onions, peeled and sliced into thin halved rings
- • 400ml crème fraîche or sour cream
- • 4 tbs olive oil
- • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
1. Combine the crème fraîche with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Spread the mixture onto the wraps.
3. Prepare the Aviko Garlic & Herb wedges, following the instructions on-pack.
4. Roll-up the wraps, folding in one side to ensure the filling cannot fall out.
Tip
Add sweetness with some roasted red bell pepper or offer as on-the-go snack wrapped in foil.
