Whipped chive butter

Ingredients

  • 1.5 k room temperature brown butter
  • 10k soft unsalted butter
  • 1000 chive puree
  • 30g green food colouring
  • 150g fine salt
  • 75g ground white pepper

Method

Whip all together for 3 minutes on full speed in bread mixer
Keeps in the fridge for up to 1 month
