whisky truffles

Melt chocolate and butter together.
Leave to cool.
Mix in whisky and cream.

Ingredients

  • 12oz chocolate (70%)
  • 1oz butter
  • 1/4 pint cream
  • 12 tbsp whisky

Method

Melt chocolate and butter together.
Leave to cool.
Mix in whisky and cream.
Chill.
Roll in 50% coco, 50% icing sugar.
