PX + full line-up announced

PX+ 2019 is almost here and will feature an extraordinary line up of chefs, bakers, butchers and cheese makers and other wonderful food producers as well as front of house teams, sommeliers, makers and drinks producers.
We are preparing for a weekend full of creativity and collaboration with chefs, farmers, restaurants, front-of-house, bakers, millers, makers, academics, producers, suppliers, speakers, artists, and more joining our line up!

BAKERS, MILLER, FARMERS AND GRAIN BREEDERS
This year will also feature a bigger bakery and a new pastry kitchen with Kimberley Bell (Small Food Bakery, winner of 2018 BBC Food and Farming Awards), Louise Bannon (Tír Bakery Denmark (formerly Noma), Sarah Lemanski (Noisette Bakehouse, former YBF winner) and Wing Mon (Head Baker Ten Belles, Paris) to name a few.

CHEFS + RESTAURANTS
We are joined by an incredible line-up of chefs to lead a weekend of dining, collaborating, challenging and discussing. To name just a few we have Asma Khan, Darjeeling Express; Andrew Clarke, St Leonards; Zoe Adjonyoh, Zoe's Ghana Kitchen; Gareth Ward, Ynyshir; Russel Norman, Founder of Polpo; Alex Bond, Alchemilla; Isidora Díaz Fernández, Todo a la Parrilla, Chile/Denmark; and Sam Buckley, Where The Light Gets In, Stockport.

There will be incredible dining experiences at the PX+ Table and Crop Circle Table with a barbecue and live music. This year guests will also find a new Secret Table which will create unique and intimate dinners for up to 10 guests.

PRODUCERS, FARMERS, GROWERS
Producers and growers will be a main heart of the Courtyard again this year - returning we have Natoora, Neal's Yard Dairy, Hodmedods, Halen Mon Sea Salt, Cabrito Goat and Pump Street Chocolate. New to the mix we have regenerative agriculture pioneers Flourish Produce and many other incredible producers and farmers who will join to cook, taste and share knowledge through hands-on workshops, talks and tastings.

DRINKS + SOMMELIERS + FOH
New for 2019, we've introduced 'Let’s Have A Drink With...' a series of thought-provoking discussions curated by Sula Richardson and Clara Rubin and highlighting our ethos of Celebrate, Collaborate and Change. You asked for more honest and frank discussions and 'Let’s Have A Drink With...' will be the space for just that! Clara and Sula have put together an incredible line-up of sommeliers, mixologists, brewers, tea and coffee experts incuding Hannah Lanfear - The Mixing Class; Liam Scandrett - WSET; Asma Khan - Darjeeling Express; Michael Vachon - Maverick Drinks; Ania Smelskaya - Silo; Ben Walgate - Tillingham; Nik Darlington - Red Squirrel Wine; and Gavin Monery - Vagabond.

REST & REJUVENATION
PX+ also offers rest and rejuvenation through yoga or with massage and other treatments in our spa. Then let your hair down to a great soundtrack of live music and guest chef DJs.
