To say 2020 was a tough year, we think is an understatement, and we are looking further ahead to 2021 with a positive outlook.⁠

But we wanted to take an opportunity to look back at 2020 and share with you our project of the year.⁠ ⁠

It is the refurbishment of a basement pastry kitchen for a 5* Park Lane Hotel, London.⁠ 

We think the pictures tell the full story.

But think bespoke marble & wood worktops, fully sealed & hygienic stainless-steel fabrication, and new equipment including refrigeration on an energy-efficient central pack-system reducing ambient heat in the kitchen.⁠ 

A bright, vibrant, ergonomic, and pleasant working environment for the brigade.⁠
