- Ghee or Clarified Butter - 52g
- Onion (diced) - 300g
- Major Balinese Pan-Asian Base Paste - 225g
- Prawns - 240g
- White Fish (diced) - 375g
- Salmon (diced) - 375g
- New Potatoes (cooked, peeled & cut in half) - 420g
- Green Beans (cut diagonally & blanched) - 225g
- Green Pepper (cut into diamonds) - 225g
- Water - 450ml
- Coconut Milk - 825ml
- Lime Juice - 15ml
- Coriander (freshly chopped) - 20g
Ingredients
Method
1. Heat the ghee or clarified butter in a pan. Add the onions and cook until translucent, then add the peppers and cook for a few minutes.
2. Add the Major Balinese Pan-Asian Base Paste, water and coconut milk and simmer. Add the potatoes.
3. Add the fish, prawns and green beans.
4. Once the fish is cooked, finish with lime juice and coriander. Serve.
Top Tip: Serve with Raite and Jasmine Rice for an authentic feel.
