- Ghee or Clarified Butter - 40g
- Onions (sliced) - 250g
- Major Sri Lankan Pan-Asian Base Paste - 250g
- Beef (diced) - 1.6kg
- Major Vegetable Pan-Asian Base Paste - 50g
- Major Beef Stock Base Paste - 5g
- Tinned Chopped Tomatoes - 400g
- Corn Flour - 20g
- Water 1.5ltr
Ingredients
Method
1. Heat the ghee or clarified butter in a pan and fry the beef on a high heat until brown.
2. Add the onion and brown.
3. Add the Sri Lankan Pan-Asian Base Paste, Vegetable Pan-Asian Base Paste and Beef Stock Base Paste and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the water and cook out until tender.
5. Slack the corn flour with a little water. Use to thicken to the required consistency.
6. Garnish as required and serve.
