Banoffee waffles

Ingredients

  • Bananas x2
  • Everyday Favourites unsalted butter 25g
  • Tate & Lyle light soft brown sugar 30g
  • Foodfellas Belgian waffles x2
  • Yarde Farm premium dairy banoffee crunch ice cream x1 scoop
  • Yarde Farm premium dairy toffee fudge ice cream x1 scoop
  • Everyday Favourites aerosol cream 15g
  • Carnation dulce de leche 20g
  • Macphie chocolate sauce 15g
  • Cadbury flake 99 x2
  • Fresh strawberries x3

Method

1) Caramelise thickly sliced bananas in a pan with butter and brown sugar.
2) Place bananas on top of the two waffles and drizzle over pan juices.
3) Top with whipped cream and one scoop of banoffee crunch and one scoop of toffee fudge ice cream.
4) Drizzle dulche de leche and choolate sauce over the top.
5) Garnish with fresh strawberries and chocolate flakes.
