1) Place the fruits of the forest, spinach, 100g avocado slices, cashew nut milk, banana, peanut butter, flaxseed into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
2) Pour into a bowl and top with raspberries, vegan granola, mint and avocado slices.
