- 1 Premium Selection brioche burger bun 4.5
- 300ml Buttermilk
- 3 tsp Everyday Favourites tomato ketchup
- 1 Sliced tomato
- 2 Farmstead boneless chicken thighs
- 1 Everyday Favourites Monterey jack cheese 20g slices
- 3 tsp Everyday Favourites mayonnaise
- 2 Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon
- 2 Everyday Favourites battered onion rings
Ingredients
Method
1) Preheat oven to 170c. Place chicken thighs between two pieces of kitchen parchment and flatten with a heavy object.
2) Place the flattened thighs in buttermilk and leave for at least one hour.
3) Using greaseproof paper place the chicken thighs on a baking tray and cook in the oven.
4) Turn the chicken over after 6 minutes, continue cooking until fully cooked through. Cook the bacon until crisp.
5) Assemble the burger and serve immediately.
