- 50g Pretzel
- 150g White Chocolate
- 125g Butter
- 150g Caster sugar
- 75g Light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Special Ingredients Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 2.5g Special Ingredients Crisp Film Powder

Method
1) Cream butter and sugar together.
2) Beat in egg.
3) Add pretzels, choc chips, vanilla and combine.
4) Add flour and crisp film powder.
5) Roll into cookies.
6) Bake at 180°c until lightly golden. (10-15mins).
