- 2 medium eggs
- 150g Paxo sage & onion stuffing mix
- 2 cooking apple

Method
1) Mix up the pork mince with (diced and peeled) apple and the sage & onion stuffing mix (cooked as per the packet guidelines)
2) Add salt and pepper to season
3) Mould into sausage shape
4) Lay sausage mixture onto the ready-made pastry sheet along the length
5) Fold the pastry over to completely cover the sausage
6) Cut off the excess pastry
7) Egg wash to seal
8) Repeat the process until all the sausage mixture is used up
9) Bake at 160℃ for 20 minutes or until golden brown
