  • 350g Chamomile Tea
  • 50g Lemon Juice
  • 150g Sugar
  • 6g Special Ingredients Citric Acid
  • 1.5g Special Ingredients Easy Whip
  • ⁣Rosehip & Violet Meringue Ingredients
  • 150g Cranberry Juice
  • 200g Rosehip Tea
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 2.5g Special Ingredients Easy Whip

Method

⁣Chamomile Foam Method
1) Combine All Chamomile Foam Ingredients And Blend Well Together
2) Place Into A Cream Whipper And Carbonat
3) Chill In The Fridge Until Ready To Serve


⁣Rosehip & Violet Meringue Method
⁣1) Blend The Ingredients Together
2) Whip The Mixture To A Light Foam Using A Stand Mixer
3) Spread Onto Grease-Proof Paper
4) Sprinkle With Crushed Crystallised Violet
5) Dehydrate In A Dehydrator Or Low Oven For 10 Hours
6) Combine Rosehip & Violet Meringue With Chamomile Foam
