- 10g Special Ingredients Activated Charcoal
- 400g Water
- 15g Egg Whites
- 80g Icing Sugar
Ingredients
Method
1) Beat egg whites and icing sugar vigorously.
2) Prepare a syrup of sugar and water and bring to 146°C.
3) Add any food coloring or charcoal.
4) Add the egg white with icing sugar to the syrup.
5) Stir again and empty in a container covered with baking paper.
6) Let it cool and serve.
