Ingredients

  • Beechdean Belgian Waffle 2
  • EF Canadian Maple Syrup 10ml
  • Farmstead Smoked Rindless Bacon 1 slice
  • Monterey Jack Slice 1 slices
  • Southern Fried Chicken Fillets 2 strips
  • Heinz Rich & Smokey BBQ Sauce 10ml

Method

1) Collate All your ingredients
2) Cook the Bacon under a hot grill until crunchy and golden brown , Keep warm
3) Deep fry the southern fried fillets & keep warm
4) Warm the waffles and Keep warm
5) Assemble the Burger by dressing with some BBQ 6) Sauce then the chicken
7) Top with cheese slice and melt under a hot grill
8) Top with bacon and more BBQ sauce
9) Finish with another waffle and a drizzle of maple syrup
