Basic Bread Dough(white)

Bakers dozen of bread rolls.

Ingredients

  • 454g bread flour
  • 15g yeast
  • 8-9floz tepid water
  • 10g salt

Method

Method
Add yeast, salt, flour to mixer with dough hook, add in tepid water and mix at speed set 2 for 10 minutes remove and gently knock.
Place on floured board and cover with cling film or damp cloth, allow to proove in warm place.
When double size knock back allow to double in size.
Remove, knock, portion I normally weigh at 56g roll and place into oiled mini loaf tins, cover allow to rise, cook at 230oc for 8-10 mins
