Ingredients

  • 3kg strong white t55 flour
  • 60g salt
  • 80g yeast
  • 1500ml-1600ml water
  • flavouring as desired

Method

Place eveything in a mixing bowl and beat for 10-12 mins on medium speed.
Leave in bowl and clingfilm, leave to proof for 2-3 hours
Roll out doungh to 1 1/2inch thick
glaze as desired
leave to proof for 1 hour
bake at 240oc for 8 mins using stem button 4 times when placed bread in the oven
Remove and leave to cool
