rosemary panna cotta

Warm, milk, sugar and rosemary leave to infuse for 1 hour.
Strain, reboil add gelatine, pass, pour ...

Ingredients

  • 8 leafs gelatine soaked
  • 560ml milk
  • 4 tabs caster sugar
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 560ml double cream

Method

Warm, milk, sugar and rosemary leave to infuse for 1 hour.
Strain, reboil add gelatine, pass, pour over the cream, set in mould
