Spread into large gastro tray.

Ingredients

  • 8 egg whites
  • 8oz flour
  • 5oz ground almonds
  • 3oz chopped pistachios
  • 10oz sugar

Method

Whisk egg whites and sugar until firm.
Fold in nuts and flour
Spread into large gastro tray.
Bake for 20-25mins at 170oc.
When cool cut into slices and freeze.
Cut into thin slices and bake at 150oc for 10mins
Alternative bake at 180oc for 5 mins and allow to cool.
