  • 800g soft butter
  • 400g icing sugar
  • 8 egg yolks
  • cream together butter and sugar until just combined.
  • Fold in the egg yolks.
  • Add flour until just combined.
  • Form into a ball and chill for 2 hours.
  • Roll out to 2mm thick and cut as desired.
  • Bake at 180oc for 7-8mins half fan
