Basic Pasta Dough

a quick easy basic pasta dough recipe, if colour is wanted add saffron powder, or squid ink or whatever colour you want

Ingredients

  • 550gms `OO` Pasta Flour
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 6 egg yolks
  • olive oil
  • seasoning

Method

Place flour & whole eggs into processor & mix to crumb stage, lightly add seasoning
Add yolks & blitz again, when starting to come together add olive oil to desired consistency. ( add colouring at this stage, before adding oil.Remove from processor, wrap in cling film & refridgerate 1/2 hour before using.
