Potato Gnocchi

Beat mashed potato, flour & seasoning together


  • 2 & 1/2 lb plain mashed potatoes
  • 4-6 oz plain flour
  • 2 teasp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt & pepper
  • grated nutmeg
  • flour to dust


1. Beat mashed potato, flour & seasoning together
2. Add in olive oil, whole egg & egg yolk
3. Gently bring all together
4. Allow mix to rest @ 30mins
5. Put into piping bag & pipe out to desired size, shape with hands
6. Gently poach once gnocchi rises it is ready
