Bingo''s fish batter
Simply the best recipe if you like crispy batter on your Haddock.
Ingredients
Method
Add all the wet stuff and a good pinch of salt and mix
Slowly add the self raising flour till you reach a custardy froth...DONT OVER MIX.
Don't worry about lumps, these will be good when fried.
Keep as cold as possible, over ice bain marie.
Bin after service.
