Method
1. Mix half of the herb oil with Major Chargrill Liquid Seasoning, brush onto bread and bake for 5 minutes.
2. Chargrill the courgettes.
3. Add capers, olives, chili’s, chorizo and tomatoes to remaining herb oil.
4. Set zucchini on to 10 serving platters, pour over oil, top with parmesans & salad leaves.
