Chocolate Marbled Panna Cotta

  • Nestlé Docello™ Panna Cotta 150g
  • Semi-skimmed milk 500ml
  • Whipping cream 500ml
  • Nestlé Docello™ Chocolate Dessert Sauce (you could also use melted
  • chocolate) 200ml

Method

Method
In a saucepan combine the milk and cream. Bring to the boil.
Add the Nestlé Docello™ Panna Cotta powder and bring to the boil.
Pour into individual clear moulds.
Pour the chocolate sauce into the moulds and let it set at the bottom
With a skewer, slowly stir to create the marbling in the moulds.
Set in the fridge
Hints & Tips
Use different fruit coulis or sauces to create different flavours. Top the dessert with crushed fresh wild berries.
