Place the milk and cream into a pan and bring to the boil.
Stir in the panna cotta powder whilst still on the heat and whisk back to the boil.
Break the chocolate into pieces and place in three separate heatproof bowls.
Pour 1/3 of the panna cotta mix onto the dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted. Divide among the serving pots/containers and place in the fridge to set.
Pour half of the remaining mix over the milk chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted. If the panna cotta mix has started to set, return to the pan and heat gently until it goes back to a liquid format. Pour onto the dark chocolate pots, using the back of a spoon to ensure an even pour.
Pour the remaining panna cotta mix over the white chocolate and stir until melted. Allow to chill before serving.
