Chocolate Panna Cotta

  • 400ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 400ml whipping cream
  • 120g NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta
  • 80g milk chocolate

Method

Method
Place the milk and cream into a thick based pan & bring to the boil.
Whisk in the panna cotta powder whilst on the heat, stirring continuously
as the mix comes back to the boil.
Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a separate heatproof bowl.
Pour the Panna Cotta mixture over the chocolate and stir gently until the chocolate has melted. If the mixture starts to set, return to the pan and heat gently until it liquefies again.
Decant into small ramekins and place into the fridge to set.
To serve, carefully turn panna cotta out onto desired serving plate and top
with desired garnishes.
