  • 400ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 400ml whipping cream
  • 120g NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta
  • 150g meringue, crumbled
  • 200g fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 150ml strawberry puree

Method

Method
Divide 100ml of the strawberry puree between 10 serving pots.
Combine the milk and cream in a pan and bring to the boil.
Stir in the Panna Cotta powder whilst on the heat and whisk back to the boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for 3-4 minutes. Pour over the strawberry puree and chill until set.
Top with the remaining strawberry puree, meringue crumbs and fresh strawberry slices.
