  • 500ml milk
  • 500ml cream
  • 130g NESTLE Docello Creme Brulee Powder

Method

Method
Pour the milk and cream into a pan and bring to the boil.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the Crème Brulee mix for 3 minutes.
Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate until set.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with sugar and caramelise under a preheated grill or with a blow torch.
