Millionaire Shortbread Creme Brulee Pots

  • Ingredients
  • 140g Shortbread biscuits, roughly crushed to maintain texture
  • 200g NESTLÉ Carnation Caramel Sauce
  • 400ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 400ml whipping cream
  • 88g NESTLÉ Docello Crème Brûlée
  • 60g chocolate brownie, cut into 10 pieces


Distribute ½ of the crushed biscuit mix amongst in the base of each serving pot and cover with a tablespoon of caramel sauce.
Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in the brûlée powder, whisking continuously for approximately 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly then pour into desired serving pots. Chill to set.
Once set, pipe the remaining caramel sauce onto each dessert and top with a small slice of brownie and the remaining biscuit.
