coffee and walnut fudge

Boil sugar, glucose and double cream in large pan, stirring all the time until 124oc is achieved.


  • 1.5kg granulated sugar
  • 500ml liquid glucose
  • 630ml double cream
  • 750g milk chocolate
  • 500g walnuts
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 2tsp camp coffee essence.


Boil sugar, glucose and double cream in large pan, stirring all the time until 124oc is achieved.
Mix in the chocolate, walnuts, butter and coffee.
Pour into a baking tray and allow to set.
Cut and store as desired
