Coffee Granita

Nice in the summer

Ingredients

  • 1 L water
  • 80g ground espresso coffee
  • 80g sugar
  • strip of lemon zest

Method

Boil the water, sugarand coffee
pass and add the peel
infuse for 10 mins
f**k the peel off
put liquid in a shalow container
freeze and stir every half hour till you have a granita
